Fee for processing the article

The policy of the editorial board of the publication “Scientific News of the University of Dalievsky” regarding the payment for processing, reviewing and publishing the article in the publication complies with the principles of transparency in scientific publication (COPEU) and the practice of open-access journals.

The publication is non-profit and aims to facilitate open access without any fees for the processing of publications (APC) or other payments. All publications are freely available to readers and authors without prepayment or payment.

Principle of transparency

The publication adheres to the principles of openness and ethics in scientific publication in accordance with the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), DOAJ Best Practice and the practices of leading publishers (Elsevier, Wiley, Springer and others).

Lack of payment for publication

The publication does not charge any fee for submission, processing, review, editing, layout or publication of publications. No hidden fees (hidden fees) at any stage of the publication process.

Applicants of the third level of higher education of the budget form of training also do not have to make any payment (contributions) for processing, reviewing and / or publishing the submitted articles made by them alone or in co-authorship.

Editorial independence

The absence of a publication fee does not affect the quality of review, editorial decisions or content of publications. All submitted articles undergo a standard double-blind review procedure based on scientific value, methodological reliability and adherence to ethical principles.

Changes in politics

In the event of a change in the policy on the publication meeting, the relevant information will be published in advance on the official website of the publication, indicating the date of entry into force, the reasons for the changes and the guarantee of the absence of retroactive application to the already submitted publications.
